Here at Lasersmith Fabrication, our metal shop contains a variety of equipment used in metal fabrication, welding, and metal restoration. We select the best equipment for each custom metal project to provide all of our customers with precise, high-quality work at a fair price. See below for a breakdown of our metal shop’s equipment, including a CNC laser table, CNC plasma table, press brake, and more.

CNC Laser Metal Cutting Table

6 kilowatts
Cutting area 5 feet by 10 feet
Can accurately cut up to: 

  • 1-inch mild steel
  • ½-inch stainless steel
  • ½-inch aluminum
  • 10-millimeter brass
  • 6-millimeter copper

CNC Plasma Cutting table

Can cut up to:

  • 1 ¼-inch mild steel
  • 1-inch stainless steel
  • 1-inch aluminum

Handheld Laser Welding/ Cleaning/Cutting Machine

2 kilowatts

  • Can weld as thick as ¼-inch and as thin as 26-gauge in assorted materials with minimal deformation or warping.
  • Cleans/removes paint, powder coat, and rust.

Handheld Laser Cleaning Machine

200 watts

Primarily for rust removal and some paint removal.
